The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Ronald Foster

Picture of Ronald Foster

Ron Foster always loved the sea. When he was still able, Ron loved nothing more than packing his bicycle and visiting Hunstanton, the Cornwall coast and, best of all, Sheringham. In Sheringham particularly, his fascination with lifeboat history was inspired and he continued to read of the lives of courageous lifeboatmen until his last days. Ron would have appreciated knowing that his memory can be honoured by supporting the work of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. In this way we can cherish Ron's love of the coast and those who serve so bravely keeping it safe.
