The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Barry Holroyd

Barry was my brother who passed away suddenly on 28th December 2010. He was a young-at-heart 70 yr old who was physically fit and had suffered no illnesses. He died tragically, from a fall downstairs at his home and suffered fatal head injuries.
He was a loving husband to Hazel, father to Lyndsey, brother to Sandie and much loved uncle, grandfather, friend and neighbour. He was immensely talented as an artist, was well read and loved nature. He especially loved the sea, which is where we arranged his final resting place to be. His ashes were scattered at Fleetwood on 24th May 2011 at 7pm, where we said our last farewells to this wonderful person we all loved. Many thanks to the Fleetwood crew for a dignified task completed
