The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Anthony Waghorn

Also known as: Tony.

Dad was a wonderful, husband, father, Granddad and brother. He died on
31/3/11, within 4 months of being diagnosed with pulomary fibrosis. He endured his illness with courage, and rarely complained.

Although a non-swimmer, Dad adored the sea and boats, it was therefore
inevitable that he should support the RNLI. He particularly enjoyed watching the launching of the lifeboats at Bembridge in the Isle of Wight, where he holidayed for many years.

Donations have been made to the RNLI in his memory.

He was a truly wonderful human being and is sorely missed by many.

Added by: Mrs Clare Jones on 7 May 2011.
