Gary Wilson
Also known as: Wizzo.

Gary Wilson 1961 - 2010. My wonderful husband of 24 years. It is difficult to sum up someone's life in a few words but I will try. Gary was a happy, optimistic person, full of life and full of fun. He saw the best in everyone and certainly brought out the best in those around him. He played a lot of different sports and once, after a game of rugby, where he had been brought on as a substitute, the referee came up to him in the bar and told him that he had never seen a team's spirit lift so much just because one player had come onto the field. That was what Gary was like to be with. He lifted spirits. He lifted my spirit and I will miss his love and his laughter and feel that nothing now will ever be right again. But Gary would want me to focus on the positives and that is why I believe he would be very pleased to have this fund in his memory - so that something good might come from this.
