The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Terry Digges

The sad news of Terry has come as a great shock to us all. He was in his usual fine form when he popped in recently to catch up with his JRC colleagues. Throughout the many years I had the pleasure of working with him we had some great times and a lot of fun, mainly due to Terry's fantastic sense of humour. There are not many people who could send you out on a job at 1.00 AM from Aberdeen to Dorset with a smile on your face, but that was how Terry was. The other memory which sticks out are those 05.30 AM tee off times at Hazelhead so we could both get off the first tee before anyone else was there to laugh at us! Sadly we will not be able to make that game of golf we had pencilled in for the next time Terry was in Aberdeen.
