The RNLI saves lives at sea.

In loving memory of George Herbert Gardiner
(11th August 1923 - 8th April 2008)

George is greatly missed and much loved by his wife Peggy, sons Jeff, David, Clive and Philip, twin brother Ernie, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The RNLI was his favourite charity and he would always make a bee-line for the RNLI hut in Lyme Regis when out for a walk.

He will remain forever in our hearts.

“In love there’s no such word as absence.
The loved one glides besides our steps forever.”
