The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Madge Jewitt

Picture of Madge Jewitt.

This is a photo of my cousin Madge Jewitt who died on the 24th June 2005. She lived Nr Ulverston, Cumbria and had no family of her own but was a keen supporter of the Lifeboats.

She was particularly fond of Furness Lifeboat.

I live in Cheltenham now but we would always meet up with Madge whenever we were in Cumbria, she had nothing but praise for the Lifeboat service.
