The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Robert Robson

Also known as: Bob.

Picture of Robert Robson.

Bob was a fantastic man. He was always extremely jolly and never had a bad word to say about anyone.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and was often far too generous.

There are so many great memories of Bob, in fact too many for this small space. However a few which keep coming back time after time are the way he would lovingly rip your head off when towelling your wet hair, always having one of those 'magic' pockets full of mint humbugs or wine gums and finally the church-like quiet which was required when it came to checking the pools!!

Even when illness was taking its hold Bob always saw the brighter side of life and kept providing laughs and moments to cherish.

He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him, yet I think we all know he is with us everywhere we go.
