The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Michael Spicer

Also known as: Mike.

Picture of Michael Spicer.

After six-years, my Michael lost his battle with cancer in May 2007. He was a caring and knowledgeable person and he is a great loss, both personally and professionally. What he didn’t know about radio from WW11 to the present day really wasn’t worth knowing. He is greatly missed by his family, our many friends and more than anyone, by me.

He had a woodland burial surrounded by trees, birds, and other wildlife – his idea of heaven. He adored all our rescued animals, but had a very special place in his heart for Tommy and Max our German Shepherd dogs, who sadly died just before and shortly after Mike.

Together Mike and I supported the RNLI as we feel that they are a very worthy organisation. Long may they give their time to save our lives.
