The RNLI saves lives at sea.

STUART WOOD

Also known as: WOODY.

In memory of our beautiful son, tragically taken from us on 1st april 2009. He was on his way home from the Miller platform, following 10 days off shore. His plans were to meet Laura, then catch up with some friends in watching the Scotland game. Unfortunately he never reached home and was tragically killed with 15 other men, when the helicopter plummeted into the north sea. Our lives have totally changed and our hearts go out to the other families involved in this incident.
Our gratitude and praise go to the men involved in the air, sea rescue who risk their own lives in search of others. We pledged all monies received at his service to local RNLI. God bless these volunteers.
Woody was a fun guy and always had a smile, his antics and one liners would light up a room. He will always be in our hearts.
Love you and miss you woody
mum and dad xx
