Appreciation For Koon Kau Chan By Phil Hatcher

Jimmy was a great friend, colleague and boss and we were so sorry to hear of his death.

Jimmy touched so many people with his enthusiasm, kindness and generosity and will never be forgotten. All who met him will have happy memories of Jimmy and I will remember him for cooking lessons to wind surfing at West Kirkby, for his cricketing exploits to our lunchtime trips to the ‘shops’ and for his black woolly hat and notebook to the nicknames he had for everyone but most of all I will remember Jimmy for his unbridled friendship. Jimmy gave the 'Hatches' so much without ever seeking anything in return.
All our thoughts are with Christine and Judith at this very sad time.
