The RNLI saves lives at sea.

Appreciation For RICHARD EDWARD PERRY By Margaret Perry

Richard my beautiful son, its been more than five months now since that awful day when we received the worst news of our lives, news which probably so many parents dread. Christmas has come and gone, the first one we have had to face without you, it was horrible we missed you so much, we didnt celebrate at all, how could we, we have nothing to celebrate. We ate lasagne and salad for lunch and treated it as a normal day, we miss you so so much our Rich.

Our home is so lonely without you, i miss you coming in from work, dropping your boots to the floor as you take them off to go into the shower. i hate laying the table for two instead of three, i even miss collecting your dirty socks and ironing your shirts, most of all i miss you , your laughter, your company, your stories and so much i miss not being able to touch you and hear your voice.
Rich please make sure to keep me a place, I pray with all my heart to be reunited with you some day. I love you with all my heart my beautiful, strong handsome boy and cannot understand what went wrong that awful day, hopefully one day you will be able to tell me all about it just like you would have if you had survived that dreadful accident.

Ni night my lad, I shall long for and love you until the day we are reunited, your broken hearted Mom.xxxxxxxxxxxx
