Appreciation For CHRISTOPHER HARVELL By Ann Collier
Chris came into my life when I was 8 years old. The big brother I had always wanted. I looked forward to his weekly visits to Bham especially if he was on the coach. This meant he arrived before the rest of my family and I had him all to myself. He taught me to play cards and by the age of ten, I could play a mean game of poker. Each week I learnt a new card trick a new game. I reckon I could have made it my profession! He was always looking for a laugh and a joke, which makes me think of pigs, bins, RA and family hols, but that's another story.
