John L Farmer

Send to a Friend

John Farmer served in the Royal Air Force and trained at RAF Locking.

We are the Jordan family (Derek, Jean, Karin and Dawn) and met John, his lovely wife Anne and two sons Paul and Neil (later they had a lovely little girl named Sarah)when he had left the Air Force and was working for International Aeradio in Tripoli, Libya. What a lovely family! So kind and always made you really welcome. We used to go to the beach together and there were many kids birthday parties we arranged.

Our respective families are grown up now and some have children of their own.

We were very saddened by John's death on 14 February 2011. We live in France and hadn't seen him for about 3 years which made it even more sad. We have so many fond memories of our IAL years together (we met up again after Tripoli) and will never forget John. He was a rock and so dependable; he would always make a bad day seem not so bad after all.

Our sincere condolances to Anne, Paul, Neil and Sarah.

Rest in Peace John, bless you.

The Jordans
