Geoffrey Thomas Drewery ( 13/09/1920 - 22/05/2007)
A loving husband of Ellen devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather died aged 86 at Peterborough District Hospital after a very short illness.
RAF Service Number: 1443359. Enlisted in 1941. Released in 1946.
Served in 11 squadron and 22 squadron in Ceylon (colombo), India and Burma earning the Burma Star.
We include 3 photographs:
1. Age 22 taken in March 1942 in Blackpool soon after enlisting
2. At age 86 and as we remember him
3. On rest leave in 1943 (with moustache)
