Send to a Friend

Kenneth was a very private person. He was born in Scotland, Glasgow on the 31st July 1921 the eldest of 3 children.
During the Second World War he was a navigator, serving on the 50th Squadron Skellingthorpe Lincoln. He qualified as a navigator in July 1944. Kenneth flew a total of 412 hours and his last 2 sorties were to Iraq and India. On the way back from Bombay they had to land on one engine due to an oil leak.
Most of us knew Kenneth for 30 years or more. He was a very kind and caring man.
We will all miss him and feel we knew a good man as a friend and neighbour.
