24098251 Aged 60. Mark "Flapper" Farmer, a loveable rogue who is sadly missed by his loving wife Barbara, daughter Sarah, step-son Alex, sister Mandy and all his friends and colleagues from Engr Resources and the Long Marston Branch.

I served with Flapper whilst in germany with 1 Field Squadron, 21 Engineer Regiment. We were posted to the Falklands together, where he and I worked on the Combat Support Boat Section. Mark was a loveable rogue, was always a proper friend and taught me a great deal, as well as helping me improve my beer intake capabilities! I was very sad to hear he had passed away. He always smiled, at whatever situation and i shall miss his laughter. My deepest REspects to his family.
