Fred was one of the first to contact me on reforming Preston Branch. He was at the time also a member of Blackpool Branch. In the short time that I knew Fred he was alway enthusiastic about the REA and what it had acheived. He was always first to offer assistance to the Branch and will be sadly missed by all.
