Kelvin was a founder member of the Lowestoft & District Branch. He was the holder of the 1939/45 star, the France & Germany Star, the 1939/45 War medal, the Defence medal, & the GSM with the Palestine Clasp Pamela Jones writes [1st August 2010]:
