Aged 89 Will be sadly missed by his wife Winefride, family and friends.

i knew and worked with joe in civvy street for many
years and joe being an ex sapper airborne was truly
a great man with a lovely family i met all his famil
at the dedication of his life glad to see a good turnout of former sappers we had a good chat.
