Creating A Dedication
If you would like to create a dedication and add a former member of the Corps to the Memorial book and this website, you are requested to click on the button below and complete the Form. Once the form has been submitted to HQ REA, verification and processing will be carried out. There is no charge for this.
Please note that only former members of the Corps can be added to the Memorial Book. We are unable to accept dedications to family members or friends of former members of the Corps.
