A good old fashioned firefighter who served over 20 years in the old Glamorgan Fire Service stationed at the original Bargoed Fire Station until moving to the Bournemouth Fire Brigade in the early sixties.
Respected by all who had the privilege to serve with him during his 35 years of distinguished career. Sadly missed, but remembered by many.
