Friends and Relations

As a cousin of Kenneth, of much the same age, we had a lot in common, although our contacts were only occasional despite our living nearby in Bebington, Wirral, up to 1966. Being abroad with the FAA in 1945, I could not attend his wedding to Irene but his parents "Joss and Ethel" came to my wedding to Isobel in Dundee in 1946. It was delightful whenever later we all got together! I always knew Kenneth as a friendly, courteous chap full of kindness to everyone and I shall miss him as well as Irene. The world is indeed a poorer place without him.
